Ahmad brings over 25 years of experience in the software and IT industry, having held various leadership and technical roles including Enterprise Agile Coach, SAFe Change Agent, Scrum Master, Regional Manager, QA Director, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Pre-Sales, Software Developer, and Test Engineer. He has worked with organizations across the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, helping companies such as IBM, Citibank Technology Center, Fujitsu Network Communications, and Bayer adopt and implement Agile methodologies.

With a strong passion for agile education, Ahmad’s dissertation focused on developing and measuring agility through the Agile Measurement Index for Education (AMIE), with an emphasis on creating a holistic, innovative, and culture-driven transformation framework.

Ahmad has extensive experience providing training for various SAFe roles, including Release Train Engineer (RTE), Leading SAFe, SAFe DevOps, Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), and SAFe Scrum Master.
