Ahmad has over 25 years in the software/IT industry, in positions including Enterprise Agile Coach, SAFe Change Agent, Scrum Master, Regional Manager, QA Director, Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Pre-Sales, Software Developer and Test Engineer, guiding small, medium, and large organizations in the US, Asia, Middle East and Latin America to adopt the Agile mindset, for such organizations as IBM, Citibank Technology Center, Fujitsu Network Communications and Bayer.

Ahmad has a passion for agile education, having done his dissertation on developing and measuring agility via AMIE (Agile Measurement Index for Education), focused on implementing a holistic, innovative and culture-led transformation framework.

Ahmad has given training for SAFe Scrum Master, Leading SAFe, DevOps, POPM and others. Ahmad’s certifications include SAFe SPC 6.0, ICAgile Certified Agile Coach, PMI-ACP and CSM and is an authorized SAFe trainer on Leading SAFe, Scrum Master in SAFe and SAFe DevOps.

Mark has over 17 years of experience working with companies of all sizes and at all stages of the agile maturity model. His experience spans a variety of domains including energy, oil and gas, crop science, and medical industries, and has included working with global teams from Asia, Australia, Europe, South America, and the United States.

Through his agile travels, Mark has served as a project manager, business analyst, product owner, scrum master, and agile coach with both on-site and globally distributed teams.

Mark is a certified Agile Coach and SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
